Delicious flaky white halibut caught in the cold Pacific waters near Alaska. We skin and hand slice into approximately 8oz fillets. Vacuum sealed and promptly frozen. Thaw a half pound portion to share (or don’t). This fish cooks up beautifully! We like to cook in cast iron with butter and sea salt, finish in the oven. Whatever your preferred method is, this is delicious stuff!
