Say this three times fast: Korean Gochujang Sausage. We make this Korean-inspired sausage using lightly spicy kimchi made for us by Metta Gardens (Indiana), gochujang sauce, pickled garlic, ginger, fresh green onion and Indiana AB & HM free pork. This is a tremendous sausage packed with flavor.
Grill it up and eat by itself, use it as a meat ball in your ramen or put it on a bun with pickled daikon, carrot and serrano, garnished with cilantro and sriracha mayo.
