Two pasture-raised duck legs from Gunthorp Farms, salted, seasoned, and packed into a cryovac bag w/ duck fat. Sous Vide (cooked in bag in a circulating bath of hot water) for 18 hours. This duck is ready for a number of awesome recipes. Or you can just warm, gently remove from the bag, and brown in cast iron and serve with mixed veggies.
