The Charcuterie Kit



From the author of Charcuterie For Dummies: This is a monthly curated kit complete with several different artisanally made meats, cheeses, and accoutrements. Everything is individually packaged and ready for your charcuterie board…. but don’t worry, we tossed two palm leaf serving trays if you don’t have your own platter. We work with producers that we think make great products and we hope you do to!

Pro-Tip #1: Budget 2oz. of meat and 2oz. of cheese for each guest. Then fill out the board with accoutrements. We have included some yummy options to go with your meat and cheese, but consider adding on your own pickled onions, mustard, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and toasted slices of baguette. With this approach, this assortment will satisfy 12+.

Pro-Tip #2: Want to really put an “S” on your chest? warm some rosemary in olive oil in a pan and toss some of the marcona almonds in and lightly toast, then sprinkle a little salt and toss in a dish!

Pro-Tip #3: Slice the salami as thin as possible, it will give you more pieces and stretch out the eating experience.

Sartori Bellavitano Merlot Cheese (5.3oz)– American Cheese Society first place winner. Rich creamy cheese with berry and plum notes of Merlot.
Marieke Gouda Mature (5oz) – An American Cheese Society Winner, this creamy, semi-soft, American Original boasts a flavor profile rich in nuttiness with hints of sweet fruit. It has a soft, buttery texture, creamy mouthfeel, and a pleasantly sweet aroma.
Tulip Tree Creamery – Snapdragon (8oz) – Washed rind, creamy, mold-ripened, triple cream cheese (Trillium) filled with habanero peppers – for the hot pepper cheese lover. Inspired by the French classics — Camembert and Brie, it has a soft creamy texture, with rich smooth flavors and gentle lactic tones.


Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread Crackers (6oz)- Light and flaky, made with extra virgin olive oil and grey sea salt from France.
Rustic Bakery Artisan Crisps – Apricot, Pistachio and Brandy – Artisan crackers with sweet nutty flavors that are rounded off with a hint of brandy.

LocalFolks Foods Stone Ground Xxpress Mustard – This fresh, stone-ground mustard is based off a 200 year-old German recipe. Lightly sweetened with a little honey and red ripe bell peppers. Hot and spicy, a little goes a long way!
Matiz Marcona Almonds – Almonds that are buttery like a cashew and so rich and delicious.
Dequmana Mixed Olives (12oz) – Mixed spanish olives with herbs.
