Faroe Island Salmon is righteously delicious salmon raised in the Atlantic ocean off the coast of the Faroe Islands (halfway between Iceland and Scotland). Free of antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals. This is clean and sustainably raised Atlantic salmon with great fat content and incredible flavor. We cure for 48 hours and then cold smoked for 24 hours with bourbon barrel wood.
These pieces are approximately 5-6 ounces and are un-sliced so you can cut them to your desired thickness at home.
